Not right now, I’m headed to the airport! I have a before/after picture of my legs, but I don’t have it saved on my phone or anything. Any my cellulite was never really that bad, just slightly noticeable. Just keep working hard, I’m sure you can do it!

hahaha damn girl, your legs sound incredible! don’t ever be shy or “put those away” because muscle is an incredible turn on to so many guys (not that that’s the only reason you should be proud of your muscle, but hey it’s a benefit, right?) Don’t you ever be embarrassed for how bad ass you are, it’s amazing!

That completely depends on what body part you want to focus on!! I would suggest having separate days for whatever you want to isolate, then looking up workouts you can do for those body parts!

hahaha I totally understand. You can go to any fitness/sports store like Academy or Sports Authority, or I just ordered mine off of amazon!

Idk I’m not a nutritionist so I’m not gonna rate intakes anymore, sorry! You can ask me off anon and I can give a little more help, but once I start doing this I get like 100 and when I don’t have a degree it just seems kind of pointless for people to ask me about it!
