Lol yeah that’s what I figured :P that’s totally fine I just wanted to make sure I answered the right question!
You’re going to want to eat clean, do plenty of cardio with some strength training (maybe 4 days of cardio and 2-3 days of strength, obviously they can overlap lol) and you’ll want to create a calorie deficit! I would recommend using the link on my blog (called “how many calories do I need to eat” or something like that) to get an estimate on how much you should be eating while also wanting to lose weight.
Also for cardio- I highly recommend HIIT! It’s the most effective fat burning workout and you don’t have to spend hours on the treadmill. It’s quick and torches fat.
That’s a-okay. Cheat days are fine, but I personally prefer cheat meals. I feel like when I have entire cheat days I’m much more likely to go overboard and it will affect more than just one day, but cheat meals keep my mind on the right track. Just my personal preference!
What do you mean by tone?
I find that a lot of girls on here SAY they want to tone their muscles but they actually mean they want those body parts to be smaller aka less fat and they don’t want those muscles to be any bigger, which isn’t toning haha. So what do you mean?
Just a friendly reminder for your fitness journey: Your muscles do not grow during exercise. Exercise is only the stimulus. The body strengthens the muscles while you are resting.
So make sure that you give 100% with rest, just like you would give 100% exercising.
Right answer, boyfriend. Right answer.
No idea. Some people say yes and some people say no. I’d suggest doing your own research about it and making a decision for yourself! I love fruit so even if a study came out that was 100% certain that it did cause weight gain after a certain time, I still wouldn’t care haha. Ps people only ever comment on the sugar in fruit after a certain time, not fat. You should never worry about fat in fruit it’s like nonexistent haha

What do you mean by healthy food samples??
