hi, i've been doing pretty well, but tonight i ate two servings of spaghetti. is it bad that i ate so much? will it affect a lot?

Nope! It won’t. Drink lots of water if you’re worried about it though. Please don’t stress about it, eating a lot once isn’t going to make you gain lots of weight overnight. If you make a habit out of it, however, then I would recommend cutting back on the pastas a little bit!
