You're healthy pb cookies say they are 36 calories... how big are these cookies... a cookie with just pb and sugar would not be 36 calories. Just a tsp. of peanut butter has more calories then that and that's without sugar added. Maybe that was a typo?

Well I mean I don’t think I need to tell you that you need to eat more! That’s not a healthy way to try and lose weight. Your body will go into starvation mode and cling to all of the fat that you have. It’s really unhealthy so I suggest that you eat 1200-1500 calories a day!

I’m DEFINITELY not trying to promote ED’s or anything remotely like that, but some people want to look like that (with a little more tone than they do) by working out and eating right, and I don’t see a problem with that!
Can you stop posting so many skinny bitches with thier shirts off? I love the ones of girls where I can TELL they actually worked for it or are working out in the photo, but all the pictures of skinny bitches who are just skinny is just annoying and getting to a point its not motivational. Besides that, love your blog!
haha i’ll do my best, anon. but sometimes i can’t help it. especially if they have a cute swimsuit or something like that. Plus, some girls want to be fit without a TON of definition, so i try to put in a good mix of both those kinds of girls plus workout stuff! Glad you like my blog for the most part, though :)
what do you do when your're craving something very bad for you?
If there’s not a healthy alternative, it depends! If I’ve already had a day that wasn’t very good eating/working out wise, I’ll just chug some water and try to distract myself. But if I’ve had a good day, then I’ll eat it! In a small portion of course, no need to binge, but I honestly believe that you can eat anything you want if you eat the right portion size!
