Hi, I love your blog. (: I have a question-or two. I am 16, 5'2 and about 140 to 145 pounds. Sorta muscular. What exercise would you recommend I do to lose my extra 'pudge' on my stomach and inner thighs? Or even tips on how to get abs? Haha, thanks. <3

So to get abs, I totally recommend downloading the P90x Ab Ripper X! It’s so good because it works your upper abs, lower abs, and your obliques. For inner thighs I recommend the POP pilates inner thigh insanity!! Feel free to ask anymore questions! I don’t mind at all :)
I am 5' 1" and weight 98.8 lbs. I get up every morning at 6am and have a big breakfast consisting of eggs with cheese and turkey, 1/4cup of oatmeal and half of a whole wheat mini bagel. I hit the gym at 7am for about an hour to an hour and a half. I always do weights and 2-3 days a week I do about 20-40 minutes of cardio (I like to mix it up). I hit the gym 6 days a week and sometimes I go twice a day. I don't know how many calories I should be consuming a day or if this is even a good schedule.
dang! It sounds like you’re intense! Your big breakfast sounds good, because you’re including everything you need to get your body fueled for the day. You should probably aim for no less than 1200 calories a day, more on the days that you decide to go to the gym twice a day. Honestly, this message is inspiring because you really set your mind to what you want and I think it’s awesome!
