This isn't really much of a question, but I just wanted to get it out there. I tried this 3-day-diet & by the third day I felt terrible! Apparently I was only eating about 900 calories a day, which my body is totally not used to! I woke up with a headache, feeling nauseous and weak, and my body felt like it was starving. So if any of you think about doing that, don't! It sucked. Im definitely going to try to lose the weight gradually and more healthily and this blog will be part of my motivation
