Hi, do you have any good oatmeal pancake recipes? Any that might taste like actual pancakes? Haha, & do you think only doing the 30 day shred would be good for weight loss? & a healthy diet of course

And I tried the 30 day shred! It was great, I did it until about halfway through level 2, and then finals hit and I didn’t have time to do anything but study. I liked it, the only thing is that I got bored with it really quickly. But it is a great workout! And you’ll definitely lose weight if you’re doing that and eating healthy!
Im new to the healthy eating. its been hard for me to control my cravings but ive been doing the best i can at eating healthy. Every day though i have take a bite of brownie or one cookie or a small portion of something sweet. because at the beginning point i dont think i can help myself and i think this is the only way i can stop myself from binging... do you think its okay that i just grab small portions each day like that? but i still eat healthy through out the day other than that
yeah definitely! It’s good that you’re not binging. What I would suggest doing is getting something healthy that’s also sweet, such as chocolate flavored protein bars! Also, sweet fruit is good for those sugar cravings as well. It’s fine to do what you’re doing for now, but eventually you’ll want to cut down those desserts to once or twice a week!
I didn't work out today. Well I did but not a lot. I walked twice at the gym and apparently burned 500 calories. My glands hurt and I'm tired and I feel like absolute shit. Is it bad I didn't go intense?
Absolutely not. If you feel like absolute shit, personally I wouldn’t work out at all. Your body sounds like it needs the rest
I know that people say eat frequently but what if you aren't hungry? Like I just ate a huge yummy fruit salad for lunch and I don't think I'm gonna be hungry by 5 (when I eat dinner) so do I have to eat snacks?
You don’t have to if you don’t want to! It’s not a requirement, just a suggestion. Just wait until about 6 or 6:30 to eat dinner!
For the anon who asked about insanity, im on month 2 week 2. I love it. The first month you dont lose much, because your building muscle. I lost about 8 pounds. But the second month the weight really starts to fly off! You should try it if you are really willing to dig deeper(:
