I'm cutting back on calories and eating clean, is it bad if I eat literally the exact same thing every day? It's just easier because I'm a sucky cook and takes less time to prepare. Am I hurting my weight loss?
I would guess that eating the same thing every day would make you more likely to hit a plateau and stop losing weight, but I’m not positive. I would try to add more variety, because you’ll also probably binge more too if you get bored of the same thing
