“Hii today i ran for 40 minutes in the gym and i was literary dripping in sweat. I usually do sweat but when i looked at my shirt, it was dripping wet. I am very conscious person. I always keep wondering what people think of me, so i started panicking what people will think of me and i left gym early. Is it crazy? Please tell me it doesnt matter i want to hear it from someone else!”

it absolutely doesn’t matter. I see so many people who do the same thing. When my dad goes to the gym, he always wears a white shirt and it’s literally SEE THROUGH by the end of his workout because it’s completely drenched in sweat. And no one gives him a second glance because it’s just a sign of how hard he worked.

“Just wanted to say that I have really changed my life since when I first found your blog. I didnt pay attention to what I ate b/c I just burned it off, but I realized I needed to make healthy choices to set myself up for health later in life. It's just little things, like going grocery shopping with my mom to get cleaner food, or trying to only have 2 YOLO meals a week (instead of once a day). you don’t really need to eat anything after you do cardio, but carbs is always a good option, so fruit.
if you do weights, anything high in protein and low in fat. btw i have a page for this haha

idk, you’re the only one who will know that! Do you think you can work hard enough all summer, keep to eating extremely healthy and workout 5 or 6 days a week? If the answers are yes, then yes I do believe you should be able to lose a significant amount of weight over the summer!
