Picture how you want to look in a month…6 months…1 year. Now, what are you doing to achieve that? Are you trying your hardest or are you slacking off? Really, the only person you’re hurting is yourself. No one’s life depends on you losing weight, except for your own. Just put all of that into perspective and I’m sure you’ll gain some motivaton!
